But why should you have your Air Conditioning Maintained?

Your equipment needs to have routine inspections, checks and cleaning works carried out during its lifetime. This requires a mandatory leak check and the frequency depends upon the size of system. Dirty or blocked filters can mean insufficient air to the evaporator coils causing inefficiency of the unit. This could well be harmful to the major and most costly components of the unit, namely the compressor. Blocked Filters can cause the unit to freeze, and the subsequent defrost causes severe water leakage.

If you keep your business’ air conditioning system on a routine maintenance schedule, you will be able to lengthen the life of the unit and avoid costly repairs due to negligence. When our engineer attends, they will maintain your units thoroughly and produce a report highlighting any remedial actions, that we might recommend.
